Advocacy and Education
Advocacy is an essential pillar of the WOCITW Movement. We teach women of color how to advocate for themselves at work. We also educate allies, managers, and leaders on how to further their diversity, equity, and inclusion mission at work.
Partnership
Women of Color in the Workplace® has built an environment of support and helpful resources to make sure that Partnership is always a priority. The hearts, minds, and souls of our community drive us. Come and join us.
Outreach
As a movement of professional WOC, outreach is close to our hearts. We believe that the best solution for the workplace is building bridges with our companies. We know companies want to hire women of color. Therefore part of the mission is to make sure they have the resources they need to be successful.
